Hello,

I would like to question you something:

1. Do you feel burning sensation after meal or anytime just below the chest or burning sensation in the chest?
2. Do you feel difficulty in breathing?
3. Is there any skin changes like color?
4. Is there too much bowel sounds?
5. Do you feel hungry more often or does your stomach never becomes full?
6. Does the lump movable? Can you hold it and move it?
7. Do you feel pain while moving the lump by holding it?
8. Do you feel any fluid inside the lump? Or do you feel it is solid inside?
9. Do you feel heat if the lump is touched or the area surrounding the lump is hot?

These answers are vital to the diagnosis. I would like to give some tests:

1. Chest X-Ray
2. Complete Blood Tests
3. USG of the Lump

Please post the results of the Tests and the answers of the vital questions asked above. The answers are very crucial to the diagnosis. A doctor here in Healthcaremagic.com will follow you up.

Although, in my opinion, it may be Breast Abscess due to bacterial infection. It may or may not be related to past surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
