Suggest Treatment For Painful Pimple Underneath Skin

I have a pimple underneath my skin and it s EXTREMELY painful. There s no white head on it so I can t pop it. I have gotten one before but a long time ago. I have had both when it s about that time of month. Is there anything I can do to reduce swelling and relieve the pain? Preferably something that could fix the problem in 24 hours.

Hello
Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed folliculitis.
It is a bacterial infection.
In initial stages folliculitis does not shows a punctum.
You might require treatment with oral antibiotics.
For immediate relief do hot fomentation and apply an antibacterial cream like mupirocine twice daily for a week.
If symptoms increase, meet a doctor.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thanks.
