Suggest Treatment For Painful Testicle After Hydrocele Operation
hello sir, i am 30, two years ago i undergone hydrocele operation. from then the size of the testes remains the same (hard and bulgy)
now i am getting pain but size remains the same. I was suggested hetrazan by the doctor. can you tell me how i can use that and is that the correct medicine for my problem
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted that you have undergone hydrocele operation 2 years back From then the size of the testes remains the same. That is hard and bulgy. If the size remains the same then nothing can be really done after 2 years. This is permanent. Secondly, sometimes a surgery is done where the sac is just everted and this thickness of the sac causes it to feel that there is hardness and bulge, which is usually not the case. This can be confirmed by ultrasonography and color doppler or MRI of the area and if correctible, get treated. Hetrazan is given on empirical basis and should be continued for 3 weeks and stopped.
