Suggest Treatment For Painful Urination

Hello doctor, am a 25years old male. I experienced burning pain when urinating. I went for a urine test, my urine had puss cells+++, the doctor told me it's a severe UTI so she prescribed an antibiotic (onilox) for a week.
After that week on onilox, I still had that burning pain urinating. I went back to the hospital and a urine culture was done. After three days, the culture came out negative (no bacteria growth).
The doctor prescribed another antibiotic but after a week, I still have no change.
This is freaking me out. I really need your help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
During an urinary tract infection the urine becomes more acidic, and injury caused by pathogens causes the burning sensation.
urine alkylating such as parkalizer would be of great value, eventually the burning sensation will subside, need not panic.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
