I have a problem which comes during ovulation time

lots of vaginal mucus (discharge) and severe pain in lower abdomn especially left side.

and vaginal mucus changes through out my ovulation cycle,

it is thick sticky first two days then transperent for other 2 days then opaque for another 2 days.

this is very scary and uncomfortable through out my cycle. my gynac prescribed vaginal creams for infection but in vain. no changes

i still go through the same thing.

please help it is very painful and uncomfortable.

its been 5 years now i hve been experiencing this but...(all the reports are normal).

and yes if i take modus 10mg i don't experience ovulation pain and my cycle is regular except the spotting i get for very long time before periods.
