You should have mentioned history of your past illness. However, to avoid migraine you should keep your self well hydrated & stay in a comfortable environment. Avoid stress & anxiety for it will trigger migraine. Take home made nutritious food, avoid food that is spicy, oily & causes acid reflux.
You can take medicines like sumatriptan for relieve from migraine but only after consultation with your treating doctor as you are taking many medications. Avoid addictions of any kind & alcohol, caffeine cigarettes. Hot flushes are common for perimenopausal women. It can also be due to the side effects of medications.
Do breathing exercises with the help of a physiotherapist & regular walking. Get clinically assessed to detect any thyroid issues, hormonal problems breast or endometrial disease or any developing CAD. Get blood & imaging tests done. Get treated at the earliest.
