Suggest Treatment For Panic Attacks When Diagnosed With Vitamin-B12 Deficiency

Hi , since last month I am facing problem of anxiety doctor is saying its panic attack due to B12 deficiency. Doctor given vitcofol injection of 10 dosage of 2cc for alternate days & pexep25 cr & bone c plus one tablet at night & betacap tr 40 at morning with one folic acid tablet. Now I am suffering from center backhead sometime & vision is not clear when I am looking to computer. I did ECG,2D test& stress test for heart, its all fine. Please suggest its side effect of tablet or something else

I understand your concern.
Vitamin B12 deficiency is known to he associated with nervous system symptoms. As you have been treated for that, panic symptoms what you are getting should come down.
You can take Tablet. Alprazolam 0.5 mg once a day at bed time for 5 days.
Practice meditation, which will help you to control your emotions.
Drink plenty of water and citrus fruit juices to keep yourself well hydrated. Continue to take Capsule.Vitamin B complex once a day for 1 month.
