Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi, thank you for using health care magic.
I can understand your concerns.
As you you mentioned you fear panic attack while going in closed space or traveling. This usally occurs as person think that help will be not available in case of panic attack.
If you have not tested sugar level, thyroid status, hemoglobin,Vitamin B12 level then get it , many time panic attack can occur secondary to some medical condition.
Medicine like sertraline, escitalopram (SSRI group of drugs) are primary treatment of panic disorder. For symptomatic control proprenolol, clonazepam are useful. Psychiatrist is a doctor who will be most helpful in reducing this symptoms through medicines as well as cognitive behavioral therapy.
I hope this will help you.
Regards.
