Suggest Treatment For Panniculitis

My wife has been treated for panniculitis with 2 rounds of prednisone. She had a biopsy done & it was unremarkable. When tapers down to 5 mg the symptoms come back. She seeing here dermatologist this coming Monday. Can you offer any suggestions for remedy.
