Hi, I am 35 years male. I have done MRI- cervical spine (screening) and noticed diffuse annular disc bulges along with posterior osteophytes causing mild thecal sac indentation on C4-C5 & C5-C6 and on C6-C7 mild right paracentral disc bulge noted. degenerative multilevel anterior osteophytes are also noted. I have started taking Flex-A-Min(Ingredients-Glucosamine,Chondroitin plus MSM) for almost 3 weeks without fail. I used to regularly run for almost 30minutes, i have stopped running and started of with Flex-A-Min course. I really have not found any difference. Please suggest me how to overcome my issues.
