Suggest Treatment For Paresthesia Due To Cervical Nerve Damage

I have ChronicParesthesia caused by permanent cervical nerve dammage since 1999. It is at times on both arms, sometimes upper but mostly forearms. Warm weather seams to make it worse, I don t really know. This is a madening condition. I keep my arms looking terrible from the insane scratching. What can I do? Medications? Botox? HELP!!!
