Suggest Treatment For Paronychia
I have self diagnosed paronychia. Many years ago a gp cut into it. years later a hand specialist had me wrap it in stretch elastic bandage. it is back. i am 79 with some arthritis in my hands. should i make an appt with the hand specialist. ENCLOSED PICTURE

You can take antibiotics daily and soak the finger in warm water for some time 2 to 3 times daily, it will encourage pus to drain soon.
Take: Tab.Augmentin 625 mg bid, Tab.Ibubrufen 400 mg bid tab.chymurolforte 1 bid for 5 days
