As per your complain the only problem with you is that you have a poor fitting partial denture as well as there must be some pointed areas on it and when they rub against the tissues of the mouth there is pain and soreness.. It can be very well corrected as if it is not fitting well you can get a new one made by the same dentist and he should do it free of cost if it is recently made and it can be an operator s fault due to faulty fabrication.. Other thing is that if there are only pointed areas they can be very well trimmed and then you can wear it with ease, as well as a check of high points on the teeth has to be done so that they can be trimmed to prevent premature teeth contact which can also cause discomfort in chewing as well as can cause jaw joint dysfunction.. As of now you can apply Lignocaine gel over the gums for relief from pain and soreness.. If you wish you can also take a second opinion from another dentist preferably Prosthdontist who is a specialist in this field.. As such there are no agencies who tells about the dentist as there are complaints or not but at times reviews can be collected from internet profiles of the doctor as well as from general public in that area as they know about the dentist and his performance..
