Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Pain,spotting And Swollen Painful Breasts

I am 53, 5'10" and 235 lbs. Georgeous though. HA HA Anyway, I have pelvic pain, spotted yestereday, pain at right ovary. Right lower back, thigh, front of neck, huge swollen painful breast and arm pits, once in awhile I am slightly nauseaus. My stomach is hard and protruding outward and pressure at pelvic hair line.
