Suggest Treatment For Penile Infection
I had some lesions on my penis but never had the flu like symptoms of herpes. Start Taking acyclovir they went away. And at the same time One side of my groin itch like crazy. Then right below the head of my penis had a lot of white skin and then turned red. And I started itching where my penis laid against my testicles all day. I doctored it for yeast infection and the skin below the head split or tore.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be fungal infection and may be associated with secondary bacterial infection if I would be treating physician then I would suggest to apply "Povidone ointment" with Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 10 days" hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
