Thank you for your question.
Given that you have a
perioral dermatitis, this is almost a syndrome like disorder, which means its signs, and symptoms have been reported in many other diseases. Therefore, we need to find what the etiology of your dermatitis is at first. For example, I had several patients, who demonstrated similar signs, and further investigations disclosed that they had suffered from
skin allergy,
malnutrition,
autoimmune disorders, and obsession stimulating perioral region, etc.
The information presented by you were limited, however it seems further investigations have to be done to complete your general condition assessment firstly. Second, if there is nothing serious to worry about except those signs and symptoms mentioned by you, I recommend you using natural oily products to treat your perioral dermatitis. For instance, I prescribed some of these products to cure my patients and the medications were effective to control their illness, such as
Aloe vera, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Apple Cider Vinegar, etc.
In conclusion, the best choice has to be made by a family physician or
dermatologist expert on natural medication therapy. I also suggest you to consult with a nutrition therapist to assess your general condition in terms of malnutrition such as
Vitamin B deficiency and so on.
Hope you find my advice helpful.
