Suggest Treatment For Peripheral Artery Disease, COPD And High Blood Pressure

My husband had an endarterectomy done on 7th. He has diabetes, peripheral artery disease, COPD, high blood pressure, stage 4 renal failure, and heart problems. The following day after surgery he was parked in the chair left alone fell out of the chair and a patient found him. He has massive swelling in his neck still unable to swallow after 5 days and A-fib, elevated troponin & continues irregular heart rhythm. They haVe him on meds for the numerous issues, crushing pills and putting through feeding tube , but only 1 mg of dilated for pain evertical 2 hours m. Is that sufficient, nurses say he is extremely restless, and Dr. is out of town so on call residents are caring for him
