General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hai
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Blood pressure should be monitored for wide variation which can cause such dizziness. ECG should be taken to rule out dysrrhythmias also. Problems with ear should be ruled out by consulting an ENT specialist. If all these clear then it can be benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. In such case taking a short course of anti vertigo drugs like meclizine will be helpful. TSH should be monitored whether it is normalized and if not thyroxine dosage should be adjusted also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if any thing not clear.
Thanks.
