Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dizziness

I had spine reconstruction due to scoliosis 14 months ago. I get dizzy 4-5 times a day. Always when I m standing or walking. At times I actually go sideways when walking. I ve had my ears checked ekg cardiogram caroid Doppler all come out fine. My blood pressure is great. What could be causing this. The dizziness feels like I m going to pass out and a few seconds later I m fine. It is not a spinning type.
