Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dry Cough

my 19 years old son developed cold and fever one month after he joined college in Bangalore in September 2011. Soon after some medication mainly paracetamol he was better but soon again in November 2011, got a second bout of fever and cold and dry cough. He took a course of ciplofloxocine and paracetamol with vit C and recovered from fever but has a persisting dry cough. Please advise.

Helloo read thru your query and I must say that nothing to be worried. It can be die to the climate change suddenly and due to the pollution in the city. Tell him to do steam inhalation. Also tell him to do the pranayama (respiratory excercise).Tell him to reduce intake of cold food and cold drinks. It will be reduced. And soon he will get adjusted to new place. Hope you have understood what I meant.
