my 19 years old son developed cold and fever one month after he joined college in Bangalore in September 2011. Soon after some medication mainly paracetamol he was better but soon again in November 2011, got a second bout of fever and cold and dry cough. He took a course of ciplofloxocine and paracetamol with vit C and recovered from fever but has a persisting dry cough. Please advise.
