Suggest Treatment For Persistent Fever With Cold And Stomach Upset?

Hi Dr. Samuel, Its more than 10 days i feel fever, having running nose, my stomach is also upset and whenever i eat something i feel pain and then i have to go to ease myself, from past 3 days i am feeling body ache too. Please suggest what i can do to get well. Regard, Vandana

I advice you to take a course of proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole for a week. If it still doesnt settle then meet a gastroenterolgist for an endoscopy
