Suggest Treatment For Persistent Gout

Hi there I have Gout for over 1year & few months it broke open currently and draining w/small odor then with it draining it closed and start being hot to the touch with piercings pain so I got anti-b. It felt better but then for 2nd time I had to take more antibiotics just finished but is not feeling any better and now my elbow is swollen but still leaking. I m in a lot of pain even more.What should I do the doctors are not helping.
