Suggest Treatment For Persistent Hot Flashes

I ve been having almost constant hot flashes for months now.. More irritability than normal.. I sleep and wake up and still feel just as tired even after 6-10 hours of sleep. Pains in my lower sides and upper mid-upper back. My muscles in all parts get this twitch and restlessness almost all the time. I ve notice my calf muscles are huge considering I barely use get out of the chair all day and I have noticed physical signs of almost massaging from the inside out, almost as if there was a baby in them. At times my hands and fingers become extremely stiff and sometimes a tingling feeling in the ends. Feet have a hotness, not burning to them. They sometimes tingle only on certain parts. I urinate frequently, but not in full amounts. It feels like I m in almost a constant daze. I am clumsy, and it s getting worse. Memory is getting much worse. I often cannot make out even the most basic of words. Slurred speech when at my worse. TBI - Traumatic Brain Injury 5 years ago. I am a 20 year old male. My doctor doesn t believe I have a problem, has not run any tests other than a urine dipstick and cultural. This has been going on upwards of 4-6 months. Please, I need some sort of help/answer/recommendatio n if possible for this. Not on any medications but marijuana. PTSd, IEd are 2 illnesses I ve been diagnosed with.
