Suggest Treatment For Persistent Rise In PSA Levels

I have rising psa after 10 months of Luprone. pas still at 14 feel good not sure if I should wait or watch. have bone met in rt hip only. Not a fan of chemo and insalutamite or abaraterone have tremendous side effect. What to do? Age 68 diagnosed 1 year ago

Hi,

If you don't want chemo then you may try GnRH agonists with anti-androgens and GnRH antagonists. If these don't help you, chemotherapy may be needed.

Please consult your oncologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
