Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vertigo

my sinuses have been dry for past year following and during prep to move my life across country - lots of dust, etc. allergist has cleared me of any existing allergies. but I get episodes of vertigo till. most of it stopped I assume this is due to the dryness ? I use the neti pot 2x day and Ayr also which helps

Hello,

I suggest you to visit your doctor as this vertigo might be due to some ear problem as well or it could be due to some brain pathology. This needs to be evaluated and tested as well. If you have benign positional vertigo it is going to recover with simple maneuver done by a doctor over your head. You can also take medication after prescription.
