Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vertigo
Hi, If neck arthritis present then it may cause vertigo and giddiness. Also, check for cardiac or CNS causes for vertigo. Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. Check haemoglobin status and cardiac monitoring. Use cervical soft collar, if symptoms not improved please consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
