Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vertigo

I get extreme vertigo attacks-used to come just periodically but now every few days. the neurologist says it is from migraine the ear doctor says from menieres the orthopedic and chiropractor say it is from the neck. I don t know what to do-any help would be appreciated. I did extensive ear tests-no problem in there, mri showed no issues in the ear or brain. some misalignment in the neck is shown by xrays

Hi,

If neck arthritis present then it may cause vertigo and giddiness. Also, check for cardiac or CNS causes for vertigo.

Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. Check haemoglobin status and cardiac monitoring.

Use cervical soft collar, if symptoms not improved please consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
