i think i might have Phantosmia i been getting this gross smell for about a month and i keep think people will smell me when the smell came it was gross now i take showers everyday i am scared to what people will smell of me. when i go near them they say i dont smell but i think there lying . Please is there any pills or something that can make this stop its killing my life i am to scread to hang out or do something with my family or friends help me!!!!

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day. Avoid fatty food. Chewing a ginger or clove may useful. Use Carval Plus capsules one in your handkerchief and smell it. If there is no improvement, please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
