Suggest Treatment For Piles And Fissure Without Having Surgery

hi,
i had piles surgery one year back...at that time doctor said, piles are removed but fissure is there...fissure operatn can be done aftr 6 months.....nw, i think again piles are attacked..i feel some inconvenience when sitting....no bleeding...daily motion...
if i have piles and fissure..i should go for surgery or without surgery i can smash it?
if i have to go for surgery, pls tell me stapler treatment..becoz i heard i can goto work in a week it seems...moreover no pain it seems...which method can stop it forever.....which is best....

i heaard fissure operatn very dangerous..it will effect testis...some sexual issues might occur......!!

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone,
-use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
-Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day.
