Suggest Treatment For Pilonidal Sinus
I have pilodinal sinus past 2 yrs..I started taking medicines for 2 weeks it came to normal state bulb become small hole closed Completly.but I got it back past 2 days i can notice like I had my work on computer I sat contiously for 4 r 5 hrs past 2 days I got it again Then I stoped sitting for long time with out medicines it is reducing in size can I go for surgery for complete recovery

In case of pilonidal sinus which is recurrent after a dose of antibiotics, surgery is the treatment of choice. it is not a major surgery and usually requires local anasthesia.
