Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have pinched nerves affecting my legs. I applied a blue gel ice pack to my skin. When it became room temp, I applied another gel ice pack. Later, I saw blisters, about five, appear and area was very sore. I don t know if burn was caused by the ice pack or if one leaked. This is my 7th day and area is very sore. I ve been using hydrogen peroxide and using polysporin and wrapping in gauze. This morning I pulled off the gauze and it stuck to an open blister. What should I do?
