Suggest Treatment For Placenta Previa

I m currently 23 weeks pregnant and was diagnosed with placenta previa. Complete. I am very miserable because of pain already and now to add on to everything it feels like my child is kicking into my vagina and its really hurting. It is also hurting my scar from a previous c section. What are the chances of me going into labor before 30 weeks because of all this.

there is no treatment. only fact istobe known. precaution can be taken at the time of delivery. may be Cesarian section is required. ultrasound monitoring is required at the time of delivery.
