Suggest Treatment For Plantar Fasciitis

I have plantar fascitis something it is where you have small cysts in your feet and it really hurts to walk. I got inserts and when i take them off i cant stand on my feet for awhile. Then they hurt the rest of the night. Could the inserts be doing more harm
