Hi, my name is DaNelle G. I am currently suffering from a number of health issues. The one that concerns me the most right now is Plantar Fasciitis, which includes a symmetrical Arthritis, bone-on-bone grinding of my big toes where there is no cartilage in-between the bones, heel spurs, and possibly toes bone spurs). I have been given exercises to relax the current pain, but I am tired of just dealing with the pain. Is there anything I can do to possibly replenish the cartilage in my toe bones and are there exercises that can help arrest the Arthritis? This is a pain in the butt, literally. DaNelle G.
