Suggest Treatment For Polyarthritis Along With Posthepatitic C Liver Cirrhosis
60ys old male suffering of posthepatitic C liver cirrhosis.from 3 monthes he develped bilateral symetrical polyarthritis affecting large and small joints ,t someextent sparing PIP and vertebral joints(RF 4times more than normal.CRP1.5 times higher than normal.ESR 3times higher than normal). how can i manage and treat polyarthritis of this pt?

thank you for the question.Depending upon liver function reports treatment may be given .there should be more emphasis on physical therapy like fomentation, massage and local application of anti-inflammatory gels directly on the affected joints,mild active and passive exercises and sos pain relievers
