Suggest Treatment For Post-nasal Drip, Runny Nose, Lightheadedness And Mild Sinus Headaches
Some days I have post nasal drip, some days I have a runny nose, some days I have tight sinuses and some days I have light to mild sinus headaches, I do have allergies but they last year round... When I bend down to look at my computer or my phone too long I get light headed... When I go into the grocery store I get light headed and dizzy and slightly nauseous.
Welcome at HCM I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.... What is your age? For how long you are suffering from it? Any fever associated? Are u cigarette smoker? Based upon the history you have provided it may appear to be a sinusitis but again you need to be examined properly by ENT surgeon for definitive diagnosis.. Have you used antibiotics? In my opinion you should see your doctor for proper examination... Meanwhile stay calm and use nasal decongesants along with anti allergic medications. You should steam inhalation and acetaminophen to relieve pain. As far as antibiotics are concerned I think it should be prescribed after proper examination.. Regards Dr saad sultan
