Suggest Treatment For Post Partum Cardiomyopathy

When I was 37 weeks pregnant I was induced and diagnosed with post partum cardiomyopathy. I was prescribed lisinopril and coreg. I am not only taking the lisinopril because of dizzy spells I ve been having for the last 2 years. The last couple of months I have worn an event monitor which showed my heart was working great but the dizzy spells are getting worse and I ve also had a few nosebleeds, 2 today to be exact. Although the other nosebleeds occur between once a week to once every 2 weeks. I really need to figure out what my next step is, I ve only had one really bad dizzy spell and during it I was trying to walk to sit on the couch and I couldn t make my body turn I just kept walking straight??
