Suggest Treatment For Presence Of Red Blood In Urine

my mother had darkish brown blood dripping down her leg before she got to bathroom - later that day she had red blood in her urine - in 1991 she had a small tumor removed from her bladder. She is in no pain but wants to wait to see the doctor tomorrow - is this okay or should she go to ER today?

Hi, As there is no pain, which we would expect in other causes of bleeding in urine, it seems to me to be a recurrence of the tumor removed in 1991.I would advise that she should go to ER at the earliest, as there may be sudden excessive bleeding, which may turn into an emergency for you.
Regards
