Suggest Treatment For Presence Of Water In Lungs
Hello doctor! My mom is suffering from breast pain .In x-ray report , evidence of koch s disease in left side hydro pneumothorax & air shadow visualisation in left upper area.she is about 40yrs old.Inside lung some water is filled .Is there any solution for that or any operation?

Koch disease is Tuberculosis(TB) and it is the most probable cause for the fluid around the lungs. For this, we need to put her on Anti-tubercular treatment and fluid around the lungs can be aspirated via needle (Thoracocentesis). And her symptoms would improve upon aspiration of pleural fluid.
