Suggest Treatment For Pressure In Ears And Headache

My head feels extremely heavy. I usually always have mucus problems in the morning & suffer from headaches, neck pain, and eye strain. My ears itch frequently, and I usually am popping my neck, ear passages, and throat area, trying to relieve the pressure in my head. I feel like there's a big mass in my ears and the back of my neck, and it feels like it keeps getting bigger and bigger.
