Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. See, as you mentioned that FSH is elevated and phenotype is suggestive of Turner s syndrome.. My concern is about your height, menses , your cardiac status, bone age and any other abnormalities which are associated with Turner or Gonadal Dysgensis..In Turner syndrome at this age, we can start with estradiol but with low dose.. as if you are not achieved your target height or you are very short then we can also give growth hormone.. So we have to assess you thoroughly.. i suggest you to consult endocrinologist for further management... Hope this answers your question.
