Suggest Treatment For Progressive Hearing Loss, Recurrent Ear Infection And Tinnitus
ive had tubes in both ears 3 times each all before the age of ten and also had my adnoids removed. still have progressive hearing loss and get infections, plus pain and ringing. one of my friends suggested inverted/retracted eardrums. how can i find out if this is in fact the problem im having?
I think you should contact an ENT doctor to check your possibilities of improving hearing. I think you should do surgery of reconstruction of ear drum. Antibiotics may be needed according to antibiograme to treat the infection.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
