Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m suffering from fever since lat 10 days. I feed cold before starting fever and max temp is 102 degree. There is no dast/Woomenting. After consulting with doctor taken Widal Test report is normal and for Typhoid is Negative. Pls suggest me what to do or type of test we need to do.
It would have been better had you also mentioned the medicines you took for 10 days.
I will suggest for urine culture and sensitivity test. Please consult your doctor and ask for this test or you can yourself order this test to any nearby lab.
The test result comes in 48-72 hrs and then you can get back to me or your doctor. In the meantime you can take paracetamol 650 mg as and when required for fever.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
