Hello I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Early onset of puberty in girls is common today then what was considered as normal age previously. Heavy flow can be caused due to hormonal imbalance in body and flow of more than seven days need a consultation with specialist. Consulting an endocrinologist will be of great help. Heavy flow is common in teen aged girls because estrogen levels are high and progesterone levels are lower. On the other hand excess of bleeding can cause anemia due to blood loss leading to symptoms of generalized weakness. Symptomatic treatment with tablet pause is not sufficient if hormonal imbalance is the cause.Good luck. Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
