Suggest Treatment For Purple Bruises On Wrists And Elbows
Hello! I was playing softball and I got hit on my arm (between my wrist and elbow). It was hit pretty hard, and now I have a purple bruise that is white in the middle. It stings a lot and feels like broken pieces of glass are stabbing my arm. Should I just ice it and see if it feels any better?

In addition, rest, compression if there is any swelling and elevation would also be important.
The use of anti inflammatory medications , unless there is a reason that you cannot use one of these, would also help.
This includes medications such as naproxen, cataflam, ibuprofen
