Suggest Treatment For Pus Filled Swollen Lesion On Leg

I fell a few days a go and scraped my leg. It did give me a wound a little bigger than a scratch. Pus had leaked from it but I believe it has stopped now because when I go to clean it the top of the wound is hard, however, the color at the top is still a pus yellow color. It s swollen around the area as well. What should I do? (It has only been 3 days)

Dear patient, it seems like you are suffering from abscess in your leg. check out for blood sugar levels. you need incision and drainage and systemic antibiotics therapy.
