Suggest Treatment For Rapid Heart Rate And Pain In Lower Neck
I have a pain (similar to a bruise or damaged muscle pain) in my throat near my collarbone. It is particularly bad when breathing in and when lying down at night. I also experienced increased heart rate about 5 nights ago when in bed which is when this pain started. I am 25 years old, female, healthy BMI and no existing physical or mental health problems
Pain may be due to costocondritis or osteoarthritis of sternoclavicular joint. Other possibilities like retro sternal goiter or infection or fractures or bone cyst, etc. Use Tramadol with Paracetamol twice a day for five days. Cold and worm compression.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. please get an ECG and chest X-ray. Then consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
