Suggest Treatment For Rapid Heart Rate

Is heart rate of 108 in a 23 month old toddler at rest too high? He was exposed to direct sun of 100 degrees for about 30 minutes and seemed to overheat. He had med attention, thought he seemed to be coming around. 4 hours later now and his heart seems to race.

I really appreciate your concern, symptoms is more important and if the heart rate is matters here then it need to be clinically tested by pediatrician and may need other test like EKG and ECHO without these abnormality can not be ruled out hope this information helps.
