YHi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Yes. I was diagnosed with pvcs and panic attacks 2 years ago. I will just be sitting or standing and my heart will start racing and pounding as if I were having a panic attack but I'm not anxious about anything. I've heard it could be tachycardia and I could die but my cardio says its benign and I'm fine
