Suggest Treatment For Rapid Heart Rate
My 4 year old son tells me often that his heart is Beeping, (pounding) and i feel it and it seems faster at some times, could he have something wrong or is he just a child who notices his heart beating diffrent ways ? He had a EKG done and it was normal but i am still worryed, HELP

Usually, children have a faster heartbeat than adults. If your child is experiencing racing, fast heartbeat during exercise or excitement it is a normal reaction of the heart.
But is he feels pounding heart rate when he is calm he should be further investigated. Other than heart problems anaemia or thyroid gland disorders may also cause disturbances in the heart rate.
