Don't worry I will help you with your concern. When such patients presents to my clinic with rashes on moist area or friction area like groins, underarms or any where I body, my first diagnosis is fungal infection known as tinea.
But dear without seeing these rashes I won't be able to provide you definitive diagnosis and treatment. If you could share a photo that will help to assess and to provide confirmed diagnosis with treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Deepti Shukla
